The Need

Salubris is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that provides administrative and management support to their large amount of customers consisting of network partners - physicians and health plans. They wanted to shift their primary means of communicating with with their network from emails, physical mail and phone calls to a more interactive ecosystem to add value to their offering. The only solution would be a very secure and custom platform to fit their unique business.

SAL Health Hub is a fully custom web application where Salubris can share with their customers confidential files and communications with total control hosted on a HIPAA-compliant environment.
