Legacy Residential Advanced Website

The Need

Not only did Legacy Residential Group want to redo their existing site with a new design to match their new branding, but they wanted to add new features as well they were not certain were possible. The main feature being a way for prospective tenants to browse their properties, as well as view and submit their listings available for leasing. Due to the constant changing of availability, this had to be a realtime process synced with their internal system where they manage the listing details, pricing, and availability.  

The Solution

The new website now has seamless integration with their real estate management system. Behind the scenes, the website constantly is pulling only new data from the system, allowing for a quicker process. Now, their team only has to manage and update the information in one place and be able to promote their public website as the main location for users to have up to date information on their properties, thus increasing their revenue and decreasing vacancies.
